My now TV box

Hey a couple of weeks ago I got my first house and I went to buy a now TV fibre box I finished all the detail and payed of it and it said it would come today 12.1.2016 well I've waited in all day and nothing as come I don't know if anyone knows about it but now I can't find a letter of it and I can't find the payment I pay of it on my natwest app can anyone help me

When signing up for a COmbo you would have gotten a confirmation email asking you to complete your account setup if you did not get this email then most likely the order did not go through can you contact our team on live chat here http://po.st/6aBEYV and choose Broadband and Talk as the service type. They can check this out for you.
