Hi there,we've had our Now tv box for a couple of months and it suddenly stopped working last night on our TV. We can still access everything on our iPad but we're just getting a blank screen on our TV. Any suggestions what would have caused this and what we can do to get it working again?

Welcome to the forum.
When you say blank screen, is it a frozen dark grey screen with light grey 'cloud'? If so it seems to be an intermittent issue on some boxes which you should be able to cure by removing the power cable for a few seconds and then reconnecting.
If there's no display at all, check to see if the white light at the front is lit (or if it flashes when you press a button in the remote) to make sure the power supply hasn't gone. If that seems ok, try powering down the TV and box, checking the HDMI cable at both ends and then powering up again to see if that helps.
