HI CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ERROR CODE 0003 Means's? When trying to click on my apps it goes straight back to the home page? My internet connection says excellent. Thank

Sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with your NOW TV Box.
Can you please try resetting the NOW TV Box via the reset button found on the back? Please hold this down for 30 seconds, then please re-set up the NOW TV Box.
Can you please also try turning your router and off and re-connect your NOW TV Box to your router.
Please let us know how you get on.
