Also NowTV doesn't accept Pre Paid type cards, American Express and Maestro cards, also i believe the card needs to be issued in the UK.
If you comply with all these criteria, then double check with your card provider or bank that they are not blocking the transaction their end due to the small amount of £0.10p involved.
