Programme Size Issue

For some weird reason when we watch a programme on tv via Roku box the picture is now is the top left of the screen. All settings correct. All other apps such as Iplayer and Netflix fine. Just NowTV that is at fault. Help!

@Anonymous User if you use a HDMI cable go to Settings on your Roku box, then Display Settings and change it to either 720p or 1080p.

If you use an AV cable you'll need to wait for either NOW TV to update their app or Roku to fix the change they made in the firmware update you box automatically installed.

Very odd. That has fixed it switching to 720p. Does not explain why I've had to change it from the widescreen setting that's always been used. Thanks

@Anonymous User Roku performed an automatic firmware upgrade overnight to your box. This latest version has a conflict with NOW TV when the picture format is either 4:3 or 16:9.
