Every month I get an email to say that NOW TV has been unable to take a payment from my registered card. I check the card and all the details are correct. When the existing pass lapses I then go in and purchase a one off pass with no problems. The card details are the same as I don't have to re-enter them!?! What is going on?

Is the email relating to an older NowTV username account that you no longer use or previously had and for some reason it is still on NowTV database ?
