Chromecast support

Status: Implemented
Netflix has a Chromecast button on its uk app that let's you watch your film or program on your tv via the chromecast and it works amazingly well!<br>Is this something you are considering to add to your app?

Chromecast is being launched in the UK very soon. It would be fantastic if Sky could provide support in the Now TV Android app so users can push content to a Chromecast device.

I have just subscribed this morning, but require Chromecast support for to keep me as a customer, as your app doesnt work on Google TV, XBox One so please add Chromecast support or you lose a customer.

If you install the chome browser chromecast addon, then you can cast from your browser, so can stream NowTV to chromecast via a PC at the moment, but direct from the iphone/android app like iplayer does would be better for me.

I want to be able to demo NowTV to my friends! Chromecast support would make NowTV truly portable, and I could get you more customers.

 

Add Chromecasting = more business for NowTV. Can't be bad.
