Error 101

Hi, 

I'm trying to watch various shows in particular greys anatomy and it keeps coming up saying "something went wrong" and error code 101. Any ideas what is happening and when I can watch watch greys. I only bought the box so I could watch it.

Anyone at now tv going to sort this? Not on, cant charge all of us if your content doesnt work and you cant provide a solution

Same here was watching a film then whent on to the next film and nothing

Nothing works for me either. 

Unplugged everything. Turned everything off. 

Nada...

error code 101. Which does not show up in the Help Section of the Website.

Nope no news on it in the help section and now tv cant be reached by live
chat its a joke
