Usually this error code indicates that you may be entering a character incorrectly.
Please double check any digits or characters that may actually something similar. For example the letter "O" is commonly confused with the number "0" while the letter "I" could be a numerical "1".

I AM HAVING THE SAME MESSAGE CHAT HELP TOLD ME TO COPY AND PASTE THE VOUCHER NUMBER I SENT THEM BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME APPLY VOUCHER. I TOO HAVE ALREADY GOT THE FREE MOVIES PASS DONT KNOW IF THAT IS WHY IT WONT WORK BUT SURELY THAT SHOULDNT PLEASE POST IF U GET IT FIXED SO I KNOW WHAT TO DO CURRENTLY WAITING ON A EMAIL FROM THE HELP TEAM X
