very poor service

Good afternoon. I am fed up, I am tired of emailing you regarding these issues.

My utmost surprise is that NowTV does not reply to me at all. It is against the customer's right.
For Nearly week I have been telling you that the problem is ongoing.
Now TV no care, as a result Inter service is gone from Thursday to till today this week.
 
Now Tv took the bill every month but the service provided below standards. 
I am asking for a full investigation and compensation as well to disrupt my children's study during this term.
Failure to do that, I am thinking of going for further legal action.
 
I hope you will kindly consider my issues.
