Hi there
I have just paid for the cinema pass but I still can't see any pass on my account. I thought I had made a mistake and I paid twice in a range of few minutes. Did it take money for both? And, what do I have to do in order to start watching Now Tv. I tried with both my Ipad and my laptop using windows, but nothing. Any advice will be appreciated.

This is indeed why you're unable subscribe... Currently only UK registered cards are permitted.

Welcome to the forum. If payment had gone through your pass should show on your My Account > My Passes page straight away

You can also check payments made on your My Account > View my bills page

Might be worth checking your payment card details are correct. Is there also any chance you are getting two different accounts mixed up eg payment made on one account but your iPad is logged into a different account?

thanks for the answer. If I go on my passes it asks me to pay again. But i have done everything already twice and my bills can tell as well. I am using an ipad thoguh. Maybe that is the problem?

@Anonymous User I've not heard of it taking 24 hours but if there's something holding up payment at your card issuers end then that might affect things. Do you have any payments showing or pending on your card?
Its getting a bit late now (no staff on the forum and live chat closes at 12) but if you are sure you only have one account and nothing is showing in the morning I'd pop back here and post or pop onto live chat and query with them.

PS viewing the website or purchasing via an iPad shouldn't be a problem, I do that all the time.
