unable to load movies

I'm having problems loading movies. I'm signed in and nothing as changed on my laptop but the past couple of days I've been unable to load any movies. All I'm getting is the loading circle and nothing else. I've even tried re installing silverlight. Help!

Thanks for posting.

 

What browser are you using? Sounds like you might need to unblock the silverlight plug in - here's how:

 

Firefox:

 

  • Click Tools (the three lines in the top right corner of the browser). 
  • Select Add-ons. 
  • Select Plugins. 
  • Beside Silverlight Plug-In, ensure Always Activate is selected. 

 

 

IE:

 

  • Select Tools in the menu bar (or the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser).
  • Select Manage Add-ons.
  • Under Add-on Types, select Toolbars and Extensions.
  • Under Show, select All add-ons.
  • Browse down to the Microsoft Corporation section, and select Microsoft Silverlight.
  • Click the Enable button. (If the button says Disable, then Silverlight is already enabled)
  • Click the Close button.
