Day pass

Hi

 

I purchased a day pass yesterday and received confirmation to my email address which is not the e-mail I used to set up my account. When I signed in today to activiate it does not show in my purchase history and I cannot watch sports without the pass? What should I do to activate the pass?

Welcome to the forum.

 

It sounds like you've purchased the pass on a different account to the one you meant to by mistake - some people have set up more than one account over time eg to take up different promotions or because different people in the household have set up their own accounts, and it's possible your browser automatically signed you into a different one.

 

If you sign into the website with the account associated with the email address your confirmation was sent to, you'll then be able to activate the sports pass by going to http://watch.nowtv.com/sports and clicking the activate pass button (or if you use a different device to watch NOW TV, log into the account on your device and just go to the sports section and start watching one of the channels).

 

If you're not sure what the username is, it may be mentioned on the emails confirmation, and if it isn't go here and enter the email address the confirmation went to
