Now TV LG Offer Sign Up Issues

Hello,

I'm trying to sign up for the LG Now TV £1 a month for 3 months offer, but it's not working. The Now TV webpage said the card hadn't gone through. I tried to sign up three times and I've received 3 receipts from my card provider, for 10p each. I can sign in via my TV, but the offer hasn't been recognised. Can anyone advise please.

Apologies for the late reply and for the frustrating experience you've had.

 

The 10p are charges don't trully leave your account. They're meant to verify the account payment account. 

 

It sounds like you haven't gone through the complete NOW TV account registration (e.g. accepting terms and conditions) and can you also confirm whether your clicking through the banner on your LG TV to get onto this offer?
