Worst service ever -uable to watch anything on laptop and unable to contact you

SO unable to watch Game of Thrones on my lap top

 

I have chosen firecox as browser

installed silverlight

enabled now tv as an add on

contcted you and got no help

 

 

see screenshot of error messages that fcome up -  first one quickly and then it quickly goes to second page

@kbradley2638 on the left of the address bar might be a lego piece , click on this and Allow and Remember nowtv.com to run "Silverlight".
You then might need to refresh the page.

I should point out that now TV doesn't officially support Windows XP any more. (I determined that you have XP from the file you attached)

After clicking the link open laptop computers tab in the article.

 

Microsoft ended consumer support for Windows XP just over two years ago.
