Taking payments

I clicked 'start free 14day trial' and now I've had an email telling me that 6.99 has been taken out of my account. 'free'!!

Hi,
Did you cancel the free trial by clicking Cancel underneath the pass on 'My Passes' before the end of the 14 days?
If not the charges will automatically come into effect as passes auto-renew after the trial period.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Have you had a NOW TV account with a free trial for Entertainment in the past, or has anyone in your household? - if so you'll find that you won't be eligible for a another trial and will be charged straight away.

not that I'm aware of. and In that case now to should've made that clear, as all it took was one click on free trail for it to the charge me 6.99. not happy at all.
