Now tv movie pass not working

My now tv movie pass is not working keeps saying somethings not right has error code:2 in the right bottom corner. I have put internet and smart tv on and off and it still not working.

First things first... What's the make and model number of the playback device you are using to view the NOW TV service?

It is a lg smart tv not sure of the model number.

Sorry to hear that your getting error 2 on your LG TV.

 

Would it be possible to carry out a reset of your router , switch your TV off at mains and once your Internet is back up and running on the router switch your LG TV on again and see if any different ?
