Billed in voucher period

I have neen billed for the Entertainment package even though I had a voucher for 6 months. I have searched for a means of contact to Now TV but there is not even an email address or live chat. Does anyone have an email address or a link to live chat so I can resolve this?

 

This is a caveat to all who need to contact Now TV, they make it really hard!

Welcome to the forum.

 

Sounds like the voucher may have not applied correctly and you've therefore been charged instead. Have a word with live chat, explain what's happened and see what they can sort out for you. The voucher code should still be valid.
