IPAD REGISTERED BUT NOT WORKING.

I watched some programmes on now to last night and it works absolutely fine. This morning I went onto now to again and it said that my device (my iPad) isn't registered, and that I can register my device next month. So I went onto my account to see what devices are on my device list and my iPad is there, this has happened to me before, last month in fact. I don't want to be spending the money every month on now tv if it's not going to let me watch when I want on the devices that are on my device list. Can you help me resolve the problem please.
