Device limit has already been reached mistake

Hey, I've been with NowTV for a while now and have only ever added two devices to my account. This month I wanted to include my wifes Ipad with the free space available. Instead of adding the Ipad, the device connected was the chromecast device which is connected to the same TV as my NowTV box...

 

So I have removed the chromecast from my linked devices but is there anyway I could get this months free slot redeemed so I can connect her ipad while the chromcast is disabled?

@dmcconnell the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.
Visit http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices
and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
