Now TV won't log in on Xbox one

Usually my Now Tv is logged in automatically on the Xbox, however I have just tried logging in again and it says 'give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates.' It is letting me log onto my iPad, any suggestions?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Do you have your location set to the UK? do you use anything to access content outside the UK?

 

Even if your location is set to the UK you can try the following:

 

  1. On your console, sign in using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Language & location.
  5. Select your location to US and then select Restart now.
  6. Go back into the menu and change it back to UK
  7. Try NOW TV again.
