What version of Windows are you using ?

If are on Windows 8 or 10 are you usng the dedicated NowTV app from the Microsoft Apps Store ?

Or are you using an internet browser ?

I am having the same problem. Tried with Firefox, still nothing happens but the Loading circle goes round and round. I was able to watch the last episode of GOT but the quality wasn't good in many places which spoiled it for me. But now nothing will load. It's the last episode of Thrones tomorrow!

If you have Windows 8.1 (or higher) installed on your computer, the best way to view the NOW TV service is by installing the NOW TV Windows app. If you haven't already done-so 😉

I'm on a Mac so I don't have Windows. Never, ever loads properly.

In Safari try the following
 
Go to www.nowtv.com
Go to Safari>Preferences> Security> Plugin Settings
Make sure Silverlight is ticked on the left of the pane, and make sure www.nowtv.com is listed on the right of the pane, and set it to Always Allow
Click Done, restart Safari and see if that helps.

In Firefox, the first time you try to play a movie in Firefox you should get a banner appear under the toolbar asking you to allow or block Silverlight. If you missed that you can go to Tools>Add-ons then click on Plugins and set Silverlight plugin to Always Activate.

Although if you've been able to watch in the past it might be a problem with the quality of your connection rather than a plugin issue. If you use any VPN or proxy server settings to e.g. watch NEtflix US then try removing those before using NOW TV.

Thanks for this but it still doesn't work! I have already cancelled my free trial because of this.
