Unable to play movies although signed in

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if anyone can help me.

 

Desite being signed into my paid account, I am unable to play any movies. The only option available for me to click on is to try a month's free pass. How do I bypass this a watch a film as normal?

 

It was working fine yesterday, so I'm not sure whether it's an issue with the website or just with my account.

Which device are you logging in to? It can be possible that you're logged in to an account that is incomplete (doesn't have card details linked or any active passes).

 

What happens when you use the same details and log into another device? Does it ask you to Buy a Pass again?
