Can't use contact us or help or search or browse categories because they don't exist at the top of my screen.
Using IE because my Firefox won't play NowTV since customer service added a new device for me. Any ideas what the hell is going on?

There must be some setting on your PC that has caused this as our sites are all working as expected.
Can you try updating your browsers to the latest version, Also clear cookies and cache.
Also make sure that any virus software that you have installed isn't blocking any content from NOW TV.
As a last resort you can always see if deleting and reinstalling the browser helps.
