NOW TV Connection Issues

I'm having issues with Now TV on my laptop - the video is lagging behind the audio and pauses every few seconds.  My internet connection is good and I don't have any issues watching Iplayer or Netflix etc on Firefox, it seems to be Now TV specific.  Any ideas?

Well said netflix always works. I hibernate my pc and always have to reboot with now tv. Didn't work this time though. Customers should not have to "get round" things to obtain a service they pay for. Someone needs to kick some ###### in their IT department.
