Devices

Four devices are listed on the profile, I do not wish to add another device, I just want to use the laptop already listed.  Why do NowTV keep blocking and telling me I can add a device after 1st Nov?  They sseem to be handling this rather badly and very unhelpful.

Hi @Anonymous User  this seems to happen with windows 10 updates where it looks like a new device.  Pop on to chat and tell them the issue, they should be able to add a device change for you. please contact Now chat via this link
