sky sport pass

paid for sky sport pass but have been unable to watch anything at all.

tried to sort it using live chat and on the 5th 'chatter' i gave up...just going round in circles!!!!

the previous 4 sent me off to do things to my now box and when i came back they had gone ....

so every new chat i had to go through all the process again....VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

better NOT charge me!!!!!

Are you using a NowTV box ?

 

If so when you go into the NowTV App on the box, scroll down to My Account shown on the left hand side of the screen click on it and does it show that you have a Sky Sports Pass Ready to Use ?
