Can somebody please help I have bought a one day pass for the sports but the now tv app on my television is only showing me films, why can't I see the sports channel?
Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you might be watching on a YouView box. If that's the case then unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on YouView boxes , not entertainment, kids or sports.
Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option.
