Getting a refund

I've decided i don't want my sky sports month pass, i purchased it a few hours ago, am i eligible for a refund if so how do i go about this ? thanks

I chatted to a helpful guy on the online chat and the package has now been cancelled and i'll receive a refund within 5 days.
