My set up date has been and gone.
I was supposed to have my broadband been switched on 24/2/24? I’m using the data on my phone to connect!

Call the broadband team to see what’s going on. However it is up to OpenReach to get you set up.
Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the call centre info.
