Nowtv on youview not logging in

Hi,

 

I have gone live with talktalk today and got a youview plus box. 

I can open up the now tv app, go to sign in and I enter my username and when I go to enter my password, as soon as I click the first character in my password the app crashes. 

I cannot get any further than this, please help!

I am not familiar with the TalkTalk Boxes, but have you tried the basics stuff like reboot both the Youview box and Router and check for software updates ?

Or maybe try Maintenance Reset if it's a brand new box.
