@Francothefilm50 Disney has withdrawn support from older boxes made by Roku.

To continue watching your Disney+ subscription, you'll need to use another device. You may already have one so have a look through the link of supported devices.

Hi @Francothefilm50

If you own the NOW Freeview Smart box with the blue NOW TV logo on the top of the box casing then Disney + dropped support on this particular box back in May 2023.

The NOW black box gen 2, NOW 4K Smart box and NOW Stick still supports the Disney + App on them.

And all UK-sold Roku boxes do too. The only Roku box that doesn’t support Disney+ any longer was the one the Now box above was based on, and it was never sold by Roku in the UK.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
