Activating Now TV sports membership from App.

Anyone able to assist.

 

I'm trying to activate a day pass for Now TV sport.

I'm getting a message that is saying that Sports Day membership isn't active yet. Check good internet connection and try again.

 

I have 145 mb internet speed

Best to activate it on your mobile first, then do a clean exit to the homepage. Once that’s done you can what on any other device.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

There’s an ongoing problem with the Day Sports membership that sometimes it won’t start, and firing it up on a mobile first seems to break the logjam.

The alternative is to contact Live Chat, but no matter how fast they move, you’ve likely missed the match 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It's been an issue for years and it stumps me how it could still be going on. Perhaps time for NOW to ditch the Day membership completely, which will easily sort it out haha
