Freezing screen.

I'm starting to regret buying a now TV box. I'm constantly having to reset it but it just freezes again or I get a blank screen!

@Anonymous User  is it freezing at any particular point?

Hi. It freezes during programmes and while on the app menu. Once it freezes I can't watch it for the rest of the night. When I reset it, it won't load up properly.

@Anonymous User Hello, by reset, do you mean a hard reset or just restarting the box? 🙂

I mean just unplugging it and then turning it back on. I have spent the last half hour trying to get it off the sleep screen...
