Can't find local connection

Tried everything & got nowhere could even Change pings...support couldn't help & can't ring them for help....rubbish all round

@Anonymous User if you are with Virgin it's worth enabling the Guest wifi mode on the Super Hub and trying to connect to that.

Did all that & chatted to now tv support & got nowhere. Google for answers whilst in bed & it came up with the answer....Try updating box software & it worked ☺ so much for Now tv technical support....
