I've just gotten a new laptop. I've not reached the max number of devices, and it allowed me to sign in, even when it didn't allow my mum to sign in on her new laptop.
This is the app, not the player, and maybe that's the issue, but the app still works fine on my old laptop, and I'm used to it now, so I'd much prefer to continue to use it.

Personally I don't watch Now TV on my laptop. Having had a dig through the Help centre I found this.

Looks like the player needs to be installed.
You could always try deleting and reinstalling the app?

Thanks, yeah looks like it's not going to work anymore. I'll have to just get used to the player!

Tell a lie, it works now!
Turns out, the laptop was in S mode, which I gather is safe mode for new apps. Wouldn't let me download the player without shifting out of that mode, and I just tried the app first, and it works.
