Device limit message

I keep getting an error that I've got too many devices watching at one time. I've clicked the "log out of all devices" button but it isn't making a difference. Under the devices, it just shows my single device. Not sure what's happening

Any suggestions?

The general principle if using more than one device is to make sure you back out of the app fully before trying another. But if you are using only a single device I don't really understand why you would be seeing that message. Unless perhaps there is a Chromecast in use? In which case you should make sure sure that you start playing on the device you are using before selecting cast.

As pointed out by @redchiz1  how are you exiting the stream?

Are you just closing the app down? You need make sure you hit back to get to the homepage. If you don’t then you’ll need to wait up to 10 minutes before you can stream on another device regardless of anything else you do.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
