Now tv app failing to load content via Amazon firestick

My nowtv is not loading any content. I’ve tried sports, documentaries etc with no luck. All other apps on the Amazon firestick are working fine.

I have rebooted the firestick several times with no success

Will unavailability of service be compensated?

Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?

Have you made sure the fire stick is fully updated?

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few mins?
