I applied a 3 month voucher purchased from argos which should expire on 5 january 2017 so why have sky taken £6.99 from my account on the 10 October 2016. I applied the voucher a few days before my old voucher expired on the 5 October 2016.
This is not good enough, sky is not entitled to take my money.
I have cancelled the subscribtion so that another £6.99 will not be taken but now my 3 month pass has also disappeared off 'my account'.
Very very unhappy about this
