So I was offered a refund about 6 wks ago on remaining time of season pass purchased last year. Fair enough, was happy to accept and felt now/sky had been decent in their final decision to play it right. After being told I would receive the refund into my bank in a few days nothing happened. I messaged and was told that there was an issue so they would send out a cheque in 28 days. Not ideal but hey they are giving me my money back so no complaints. Past the 28 days now, still no cheque and not receiving any answer to a couple of messages it's a case of wtf. It's become something of an issue, I haven't watched any sports since and obviously cancelled any passes and yet here I sit. Anyone else had this type of issue, if so any joy?
