No signal on TV

Currently displaying no signal on now TV. 

All channels work on other TV with no box plugged in.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Do you mean the HDMI input source on your television is blank and saying no signal (which normally is a HDMI issue, where rebooting the NowTV device by unplugging the power for a minute usually fixes it or try another HDMI port on your television or a different HDMI cable).

 

Or do you have the NowTV Smart Freeview box and there is no Freeview TV channels available to watch, where i am guessing you have checked the aerial connection and tried a TV retune of channels in the box menu settings ?

Does any buttons on the remote change anything, such has pressing the back button, home button or Sky Store button on the NowTV remote ?

 

I am guessing your internet is still working ?
