hi - i'm thinking of cancelling sky and moving to now tv . my main reason for doing so is that i've just bought a holiday home in uk and want to be able to watch tv there as well as in my main home . is this possible or are there fixed IP issues ? many thanks

As long as you're in the UK it won't matter where you are to watch it. As long as you have the relevant devices which NOW do not supply.

Are you talking about Now streaming, or Now broadband?

While you can certainly stream Now on an existing streaming account anywhere in the UK, you will need something to provide the broadband signal. Could be mobile, depending on the area, but you would need quite a generous data plan.

It may depend on how much of the year you, and possibly others, will be using the cottage for.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
