Now tv restart

Hi I am currently on my 2nd box now in the matter of. Few weeks my white box stopped working and just restarting after I restated it and now with a black box the same thing is happening and really annoying me now as I don't want to go and waste more money on buying new boxes anyone help how to get past this?

I would try doing a software update to your box just to make sure its all up to date.

 

Could you also let us know who your ISP is as it might be something on 1 of your settings that may be blocking the box from contacting our home page and then your box will just loop round.
