New homepage update February 2016 and White Now TV box

I understand a new software version was rolled out in February this year which included a new homepage.

I have 2 white Now TV boxes and I have been informed by customer services that the new homepage update, which was released in February 2016, is only available on the black Now TV boxes.

There was a press release about the new update by the Director of Now TV did not mention that the new homepage would only be available on the black boxes.

Has any with a white box been able to upgrade to the new software version?

Can you post a screenshot on here what your TV screen is displaying ?

It might help understanding your problem.

You could also try rebooting your NowTV box by switching the power off at the mains, if that doesn't work maybe try a hard factory reset by putting a pin in the small reset hole for 30sec at the back of the box.

Check the Aspect ratio button on your TV remote controller.

Dear Forum Members

I've just checked my white box and it is still running the same old O/S, i.e. 6.1, but the boxes system did check for an update 5.30am this morning.
