Multiple charges on account

Hi

 

I have two charges coming out of my current account on on 4th and one on 8th.  There has also been a charge to my credit card on a monthly basis too.  This may be were we have used various email addresses to take advantage of free offers with NOW but I have been charged £9.99 a month at least 3 times a month for almost a year.  Please can my accounts be reviewed, confirmation of one live account and refunded for the charges for accounts that we haven't been using.

Thanks for posting.

 

We don't recommend creating multiple accounts to use offers. When you create an account the passes will auto renew unless canceled and this is something you agree to understanding as per your acceptance of the terms and conditions - due to this we won't always be able to process refunds, but we'll take a look over the accounts - we'll send you an email shortly.
