There are few things that you could try.
With both the TV and nowtv box switched off at the power mains, disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable at both ends then switch back on again.
If that fails (if available) try a different HDMI port on your TV, then try a different HDMI cable.
Last resort try a hard factory reset by pushing a pin into the small reset hole at the back of the box until the initial setup screen appears on your TV set.
Just bear in mind if you undertake a factory reset you will have to re enter your wifi network password and nowtv username & password again.
Just make sure you know this info before factory resetting the box and you have a working remote controller (roku remote app will not work for setting up the box).
