Now TV Smart Box won't turn on

Can anybody help.

 

My Now TV Smart Box won't turn on after going into standby/ sleep mode.

 

I've checked for updates/ forced an update and completed a full factory reset. I've also tried a different HDMI lead. Nothing seems to work.

 

The only way to get the smart box to switch on is to switch off all power. Then switch the power back on. Only then will the box come to life.

 

very frustrating.

Thank you for your help.

 

tried everything now and it still won't work.

 

Don'f see I have any other choice now other than taking the box back ad getting a refund.

 

Shame, it was good when it did work
