problem with box

every few minutes coloured striped lines appear on screen last for few seconds then goes back to normal picture? doing my head in anyone had this problem before?

Getting exactly the same thing, was happening once twice an hr, now its every 20mins very annoying when watching sport.

If you both have white Now TV boxes then it's time to change them because they have long since past their life expectancy and are dying, however you can try resetting them, by putting a pin in the reset hole for 10 - 30 seconds just to see if that clears your problem.

Unfortunately, sooner than later you will have to replace your boxes but there is one ray of sunshine, we are coming into the January sales period.
