cant get hold of Customer services

Does anyone else find that the site just goes round in circles. If you try to get customer services it just leads you back to the same screen over and over again I have been told they cannot take payment for my entertainment package yet they have managed every other month. My details have not changed. the service is terrible I have never come across a website that is so unhelpful. I f I get no reply to this which seems to be the only way you can get them. I will bin the box and get FreeSat.    [email removed]

Are you seeing a six digit code on your TV screen when setting up the box ?

If so, with your mobile smart phone, tablet or PC internet browser type in the url https address bar nowtv.com/tv

Make sure that your url address bar doesn't auto correct to a different nowtv address whilst typing (do not use your search engine).

When you reach the nowtv web page, you should see a box on screen to entre the code you see on your TV.

After entering the code on the nowtv web page, your TV screen should then refresh and you can carry on as normal using the box.
