White box keeps freezing

My box keeps freezing, it's fine when playing a programme. It's when I'm trying to get out of it or pick a different programme, it won't let me do anything. I have to keep resetting it on the box. I've tried doing a complete reset twice but it doesn't seem to solve the problem and it's getting a bit annoying now having to keep resetting it everytime I want to change a programme/film etc.

 

any help?

I have already tried that as I saw it on another thread. But it hasn't made any difference.

Thanks for trying.

 

Have you tried to unplug the NOW TV Box, restart your wireless router, wait until it's up and running and plug your Box back in? You can also try to move the Box or the router closer to each other. 

 

If this doesn't improve the playout, you may need to change the wireless channel on your router. If you're not sure how to do that, you can tell us your ISP and router make and we'll find you the steps 🙂 Or you can contact your ISP directly to change it for you.
